Your clients hired you, not a plugin. White-labelling makes That’s Done look like part of your studio's own process.
What you can change
Under Settings → Branding you set:
- Your brand name, shown on the review screen, emails, the sign-off page and the PDF report.
- Your logo, with an optional light version for the dark review toolbar.
- Your accent colour for pins, buttons and highlights. Button text switches between light and dark automatically, so it stays readable whatever colour you choose.
- Who emails come from: your name and your address.
- The menu label in WordPress, such as "Client Feedback", for clients who log in to their own site.
It's set once per site and applies to every client, page and email on it. White-labelling is included on every plan.
A tip on email
Send from an address on your own domain, through a proper mail service (an SMTP plugin such as WP Mail SMTP does the job). Emails from an address your mail service isn't allowed to send for are the most common reason sign-off emails end up in spam.
