Terms and refund policy
The short version: you buy a yearly licence for a number of sites, review mode pauses if it runs out (your data stays safe), and you can have a full refund within 30 days.
Who we are

Your licence
- A licence gives updates and support to the number of live websites in your plan (1, 5 or unlimited), for your own business or your clients' websites. Staging and local development sites don't count.
- It runs for one year from purchase. If it isn't renewed, review mode, sign-off links and new feedback pause on your sites until you renew; existing feedback stays available to your team. Renewing early adds a year to your current end date.
- A licence is activated for specific site addresses. If a site's address changes, it moves the licence automatically when your plan has a free site; otherwise review pauses there until you free one up.
- Without a licence, the plugin runs as a free version limited to 10 comments per site.
- You can move your licence between sites at any time from your licence page, and upgrade to a bigger plan by paying the difference for the rest of your year.
- You may not resell or redistribute the plugin, or share your licence outside your organisation. [Confirm the plugin's licence, e.g. GPL, and adjust this paragraph.]
Prices and payment
Prices are in South African rand and [include / exclude] VAT. Payment is taken by card through Yoco; we never see or store your card details. Your licence key, download link and invoice are emailed when payment is confirmed.
Refunds
If That’s Done isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying, through our contact form, and we'll refund you in full to the card you paid with. Refunds usually reach your account within [5 to 10] working days. Your licence ends when the refund is made.
This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
Your clients' data
Feedback, screenshots and files your clients add are stored on your own website, not with us. You're responsible for that data and for telling your clients how you use it.
Liability
We test That’s Done carefully, but software can have faults. Keep backups of your websites. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the past twelve months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes don't affect licences already bought. Last updated: [date].
